Every estimate and invoice can be exported as a fully customizable PDF. You control exactly what the client sees -- from your logo down to individual line item details.
How to access the PDF export
From the estimates or invoices list, click Actions > Download PDF on any document. The PDF customization panel will open before the file downloads.

What you can show or hide
Use the toggles on the left side of the export panel to control each section:
Header -- logo, company info, bill to address, ship to address, estimate or invoice details
Line items -- specs, pricing, approval status per item
Totals -- subtotal, freight total, tax, discount -- each can be toggled individually
Internal memo -- hidden from the PDF by default. Toggle on only if you want the client to see it.
Thank you message -- a custom message that appears at the bottom of the PDF
Approval status on the PDF
If a client has reviewed the estimate, the PDF will reflect which items have been approved and which have not. This is useful for your own records and for sharing a summary of what was agreed upon.
Downloading
Once you have configured your display settings, click Download. The PDF is saved to your device and can be emailed as an attachment, printed, or stored for your records.
The PDF export settings apply to that single download only -- they do not save as defaults. If you regularly use the same configuration, note your preferred settings so you can apply them consistently. Default PDF settings will be configurable in a future update.
The internal memo is not shown to clients in the PDF unless you explicitly toggle it on. Double check this setting before downloading a PDF you plan to share with a client.
