The Timelogs page gives you a full view of all time tracked across your studio. You can filter by member, billing type, status, date range, and more -- and edit entries individually or in bulk.

KPI tiles

At the top of the Timelogs page you will see four KPI tiles that update based on your current filters:

  • Total hours tracked -- defaults to all time

  • Billable percentage -- shows what portion of tracked time is billable

  • Average hours per day

  • Days logged -- shows how many working days in the current week have time entries. For example, if it is Wednesday and you missed Tuesday, it will show 1 workday missed.

Searching and filtering

Use the Smart Search bar to search by memo, project, task, or team member. Additional filters are available:

  • Member view -- Switch between all members or a specific team member using the dropdown at the top

  • Billable / Non-Billable -- Filter to show only billable or only non-billable entries

  • Status -- Filter by Open, Closed, Paused, Paid, Unpaid, or Billed

  • Date range -- Use the From and To calendar dropdowns to filter by a specific time period

  • Unassigned -- A separate tab for any time entries that were not assigned to a project. This should be rare.

Editing a single entry

Click the three dots on any time entry to edit it. You can update the status using the pill dropdown directly on the entry without opening the full edit view.

Bulk editing

To edit multiple entries at once, use the bulk edit feature. Select the entries you want to update, then:

  • Change the status across all selected entries

  • Switch selected entries between billable and non-billable

You can default the bulk edit view to recently imported entries -- useful after an import to quickly update statuses or billing types in one step. Learn more about service and activity types.
