Creating + Managing Email Templates

When you send clients an invoice or estimate, or send purchase orders to vendors we use the default templates in settings. To access these, head to settings > Email templates which is under the general settings section.
From there click on the left side menu to select what email template you want to change. Be sure to click save at the top.
The email templates use what we call short-codes to process the data.
Available variables — click to insert these into the email within settings for each template.
