Contracts list
A contract I sent is missing from the list. Click the Status filter chip — by default, voided contracts are hidden. Switch to All statuses to find it.
The Client column shows "—" for some rows. Those contracts were created without a Client linked (or the linked Client was deleted). Open the contract and link a Client to restore the column.
The Project filter dropdown shows project IDs instead of names. This was a known issue prior to the June 18 release — should be fixed now. If you still see it, hard-refresh the page.
Editor
"This contract has left the draft state and can no longer be edited." Once you click Send for signature, the body is frozen. To edit, void the current send and start over. The new version uses a fresh contract ID — your old signing links won't work.
The signature field I dropped on the page jumped to the corner. Sometimes a drag misfires. Click the field, then use the position controls in its little popover to nudge it back. Or delete + redrop.
The PDF preview is fuzzy. Hardware-accelerated rendering depends on your browser. The actual signed PDF (rendered server-side) is sharp regardless of the preview.
Signing flow
A signer's email bounced. Open the contract's audit log; if you see
email_failed, the email is invalid. Update the signer's email via the signers panel and click Re-send invite on that signer.Signed PDF has a blank page at the end. This was fixed June 18 — any contract signed after that date trims trailing blank pages automatically. Older contracts: regenerate the signed PDF by clicking the contract → three-dot menu → Regenerate signed PDF (if available) or contact support.
The signed PDF link opens "ExpiredToken" XML. Google's signed-URL TTL is ~1 hour. Workroom now refreshes the link on every click — if you copied the link an hour ago, paste it back into the address bar from the contract page to get a fresh one.
Billing
My free trial ended unexpectedly. Trials run 30 days from the day you click "Start trial." If you cancelled and re-subscribed, Stripe doesn't grant a second trial — you're charged immediately. Check Settings → Billing for the exact end date.
I want to cancel. App Marketplace → Contracts card → Cancel subscription. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
I want to switch from monthly to annual. Cancel monthly → wait for the period to end → re-add at annual. Or contact support for an in-place switch (avoids the trial restart).
Permissions
A team member can't see Contracts. Check Settings → Permissions → their permission set → Contracts → View Contracts must be on. Account owners see Contracts regardless.
A team member can see Contracts but can't send. They have view-only. Enable Create Contracts and Send for Signature on their permission set.
