Overview

The Project Dashboard provides a high-level operational snapshot of the project.

It helps teams quickly understand project progress, sourcing status, delivery tracking, tasks, and operational activity.

Dashboard Widgets

The dashboard currently includes:

  • Overall Progress

  • Products Sourced

  • Products Delivered

  • External Team

Understanding Overall Progress

Overall project progress is currently tied to product delivery progress.

  • And 1 product is delivered

  • The project progress becomes 25%

Understanding Product KPI Tiles

Dashboard KPI tiles track:

  • Products sourced

  • Products ordered

  • Products delivered

These values update automatically based on product statuses.

Managing External Teams

The External Team area supports:

  • Architects

  • Contractors

  • Electricians

  • Plumbers

  • Consultants

  • Engineers

  • Landscapers

  • Other vendors

Additional operational roles may be added in future updates.

Understanding Upcoming Tasks

The Upcoming section displays tasks due within the next 7 days.

This helps teams maintain operational visibility and deadline awareness.

Understanding FF&E by Room

The FF&E by Room section provides room-by-room visibility into:

  • Ordered items

  • Delivered items

  • Pending products

Understanding the Activity Feed

The Activity Feed tracks operational activity related to the project.

This helps teams review recent updates and project changes.
