How to use tags in contacts
How to use tags in Indema to organize and categorize your contacts. Tags let you organize and categorize your contacts however makes sense for your studio. You can color code them, apply multiple tags to one contact, and filter your contact list by tag.

Creating tags
Tags are available for Contacts only - not vendors
From the Contacts page, click Manage Tags in the left sidebar. Click Add New Tag, give it a name, and choose a color. Save when done.
There is no limit to how many tags you can create. Some examples of how studios use them:
Client types -- Residential, Commercial, Hospitality
Project status -- Active, Completed, Prospect
Team -- Internal Team, External Team
Trade -- Plumber, Electrician, Contractor
Applying tags to a contact
You can apply tags two ways:
When creating a contact -- Select tags from the Tags dropdown in the Additional Information section.
From the contact profile -- Open the contact, find the Tags tile, and add or remove tags directly.
A contact can have multiple tags applied at once.
