How to add services and activities

Each designer has a list of serices they bill for whether it be Drafting, Admin, or even shopping and travel fees. When tracking time for a task, you can select what service the logged time is associated with.

What this will do, is bill your client at that rate set for that service type. This allows design firms to be more flexible with their billing structure instead of charging just one flat rate hourly fee.

To do this, you will want to navigate to the settings > Work + Projects > Service + Activity Types. You'll immediately see the "add activity type" at the top right corner.
