Setting up email

Workroom uses a structure of email that does not require it’s users to have to set up SMTP, nor log into any email client for estimate, invoice, purchase order notifications to your clients and vendors. You simply need your email and from name!

If you go to settings > Email, you will see the section at the top to add both fields. The From email is what the reply-to email will be if a client or vendor reply to those email notifications.

Once you add your information, simply click on Save sender identity and you are all set! If you want to be sure it’s working, you can click on the send test email and you will receive an email to the email you specified above.
