Form Permissions

Under Settings → Permissions → Forms, you can gate each of these per role:

• View forms list

• Create new forms

• Edit form fields + settings

• Duplicate a form

• Publish / unpublish forms

• Archive forms

• Delete forms

• Save / manage form templates

• View submitted responses

• Export responses

Permissions apply on top of the Forms add-on being enabled. If your studio doesn't have the Forms add-on active, the whole nav item is hidden regardless of permissions.
