Studio Search

Studio Search is a global search tool that lets you find anything in your Indema workspace from one place. Instead of navigating to each module separately, you can search across projects, contacts, products, invoices, estimates, and purchase orders all at once.

How to use Studio Search

Click the search bar in the top header or use your keyboard shortcut to open Studio Search. Start typing any keyword -- a project name, contact name, product, or document number.

Results appear as you type, organized by type. Click any result to go directly to that record. For example, searching a task name will take you directly to that task inside Work in Progress.

What you can search

• Tasks (within Work in Progress)

Studio Search is a global search across all modules. Each individual page also has its own Smart Search for filtering within that module specifically.
