How to get support with indema

Phone support tiers + Terms:

Terms:
Phone support is by request. Meaning, when you pay the surcharge of $50/Mo extra, you are able to request priority phone support and schedule an appointment for such. We will call you same-day unless the request was made on Friday, or after 2pm EST on the weekday. Should the request be made after 2pm EST we will make the call the following day.

Phone support is up to 60 minute sessions. Please note that these calls are not training calls. If we sense that the call is geared more towards training, then we will advise and add back the hour call to your account for technical support use.
