Forms module — overview

Audience: All Workroom users

Forms is a drag-and-drop form builder for gathering information from clients and prospects. Every form you build has three lives:

1. Draft — you're editing it in the builder. Nobody outside your studio can see it.

2. Published — it has a public URL (workroom.co/f/your-slug) and an embeddable iframe URL. Anyone with the link can submit.

3. Archived — hidden from the list but responses stay searchable.

Forms lives under Sidebar → Forms and is a Premium marketplace add-on. Your studio owner enables it under Settings → Apps → Premium.

Common uses:

• Project inquiry forms on your website

• Client intake questionnaires

• Field measurements and photo capture on-site

• Punchlists for blue-tape walkthroughs

• Post-project surveys
