"My form won't publish" — a form needs at least one field that isn't a Title / Subtitle / Separator. Add a real input field.

"The embed iframe isn't resizing to fit" — you're probably using the /f/ URL instead of the /embed/ URL. Grab the embed code from the Share dialog — it uses the right iframe attributes.

"Uploaded images look broken on responses" — image uploads are converted to WebP at the storage boundary. All modern browsers render WebP fine; if you're seeing broken images on a very old browser, that's the reason. Modern responder browsers handle it correctly.

"I don't see the Forms nav item" — Forms is a Premium marketplace add-on. Your studio owner needs to enable it under Settings → Apps → Premium. If Premium is already active for your studio and the item is still hidden, check that your permission set includes Forms → View forms list.

"Slug conflict on publish" — every published form's slug must be unique across Workroom. If yours is taken (common for generic ones like intake or contact), open Form settings → Public URL and edit the slug.

"A field I added isn't showing on the public page" — check the field's Page setting; you may have put it on a page the responder hasn't reached. Also check its Conditional Logic — if the condition never evaluates true, the field stays hidden.
