Templates are pre-built forms you can duplicate as a starting point. Workroom ships with 11:

  • Project Inquiry

  • Client Intake

  • Client Questionnaire (design preferences)

  • Field Analysis (site walkthrough)

  • Field Measurements

  • Project Photos

  • Lifestyle Survey

  • Punch List

  • Post-Project Survey

  • Blue-Tape Walkthrough (construction)

  • FF&E Walkthrough

Steps:

  1. Forms → New form → From a template.

  2. Browse the two-column library. Click any tile to preview.

  3. Hit Use this template — a copy lands in your Forms list as a fresh draft, ready to edit.

Editing the copy never affects the original template, and updates to Workroom's templates never touch your existing forms.

→ Studio owners: You can also save any of your own forms as a private studio template that only your team sees. Open the form, then ⋯ menu → Save as template.
