If you have not done so, please download the web clipper first. We do require that you use Chrome Browser, so if you do not use that, you would have to download Chrome first, then download the clipper.

Now let's talk about the clipper. We'll take a tour of it and share everything you need to know about it before you jump in there.

At the top of the clipper, you will see a toolbar to minimize the clipper, switch the side the clipper is on, or close it.

Next, you have the auto-fill or screenshot tool. The screenshot icon will allow you to take a screenshot of the images on the site without having to "clip" them.

Lastly, are 5 images with the largest one being the main image for your FF+E section.

The next section is your product information. Category + Location code will allow you to sort the product for your FF+E page.

Next is product name, and client-facing product name.

The URL will auto-generate, so no need to copy/paste that.

Lastly is the vendor. If the vendor does not exist, you can create a new one.

Cost details allow you to adjust your Quantity, set your unit type, MSRP, unit cost, Markup $/%, or margin % as well as a discount. The discount will be applied to unit cost.

For product details, you can auto-fill the description. Create a vendor description and add all relevant product details including a internal note about the product.

The last part is to attach the product to a project, and a sub-item if the product that you are clipping is a part of a core item.

You can also attach PDF's to the clipper as well. To do this, see the section below.

How to clip Attachments

If you see a PDF on the product page you are clipping, you can right-click on the PDF to show the left-click menu. From there at the bottom you will see "Attach PDF to indema product".

If you click on that, the PDF will attach to the product and also import into indema's FF+E page.

How to clip other information

Highlighting a text will show the sub-menu for the clipping and allow you to select what field you want to clip the text to. This will then import that highlighted text into that field in the clipper.
