Search and filtering tools help teams quickly locate products across large FF&E schedules, active projects, vendor lists, rooms, categories, and procurement workflows.

This is especially useful for firms managing many products across multiple projects.

Using Product Search

The product search bar can be used to search across key product information.

You can search by:

  • product name

  • room

  • category

  • vendor

  • description keywords

Using Multiple Search Terms

Search can be narrowed by adding multiple search terms.

For example, you may search for a product type, then add a room, vendor, or category to further refine results.

Filtering Products

Product filters allow teams to narrow results by operational criteria.

Common filters include:

  • project

  • room

  • category

  • status

  • vendor

  • tags

Sorting Products

Sorting helps teams review product lists in the order that best supports their workflow.

Products can be sorted by:

  • name

  • price

  • status

  • vendor

  • room

  • date added

Grouping Products

Products can also be grouped visually to make schedules easier to review.

Available grouping options include:

  • room

  • category

  • vendor

Best Practices

  • assign rooms, categories, and vendors early

  • use consistent product names

  • apply tags intentionally

  • combine filters when reviewing large schedules

  • group products before exporting FF&E schedules

Operational Tip

Search and filters are most powerful when product data is maintained consistently across rooms, categories, vendors, and statuses.
