Importing tasks Use the Import option in the search header to bring tasks in. If you use Walter's Add all suggestion, tasks are added in sequence reliably.

Exporting a Work Order (PDF)

  1. Choose Export from the search header.

  2. In the export modal, pick your options (your last preset is remembered).

  3. Generate a Work Order PDF of the project's tasks to print or send.

Public sharing vs. export: use a public link (Article 14) for a live view a client can revisit, and a Work Order PDF for a fixed snapshot to print or attach.
