What it is A fully editable, spreadsheet-style grid of your tasks grouped by phase. Most fields can be edited inline without opening anything.
Editing inline
Click a task's status, priority, phase, or assignee cell to change it from a dropdown — no need to open the task.
Click a task's name to rename it in place.
The Time Tracking column shows a segmented bar of logged-vs-remaining hours at a glance.
Adding tasks quickly
Use the add-task row at the bottom of a phase to type a new task and press Enter. Pressing Enter immediately opens the next add row, so you can type a whole list rapidly.
You can enter a duration in shorthand — e.g.
4d,1w, or1w 2d— and Workroom converts it to a start/end range for you.
Bulk actions
Tick the checkboxes on several tasks to reveal the bulk-edit bar.
From there you can set status, priority, assignee, or phase — or delete — for all selected tasks at once, and move tasks to a different project.
Opening full details Click the eye icon on a row to open the full task panel. (Clicking the row itself won't open it — that keeps inline editing from getting in the way.)
