What it is A horizontal timeline of your phases and tasks, with bars you can drag to reschedule.
Reading the timeline
Each phase is a swimlane; tasks sit inside it.
Bars show a progress fill so you can see completion at a glance.
Single-day items appear as milestone diamonds.
Tasks with no valid dates drop into an Unscheduled tray so nothing silently disappears.
Scheduling
Drag a bar left/right to move a task, or drag its edges to change duration. Changes save automatically.
Use the zoom control to switch between Day / Week / Month / Quarter scales.
Toggles at the top of the Gantt
Critical Path — highlights the longest chain of dependent tasks driving your end date (on by default).
Show Baseline — overlays ghost bars of your saved plan so you can compare planned vs. actual (see Baselines).
Show Products — adds product-related items to the timeline; hover the tooltip for details.
Deliveries Product arrival dates appear in a Deliveries lane, grouped by room/location, so procurement and the schedule live in one place.
